Haines & Son Wrecker Service has my car. What do I do to get it back?

Your vehicle will begin to accrue storage charges as soon as it arrives at our state impound facility. The cost to claim your impounded car will increase at midnight each day that it is in our custody.

To redeem the vehicle, the registered owner will need to present the following:

Proof of Ownership (Title, or Registration printed in the last 7 days. Any tag agent can help you with this for a nominal fee. An insurance verification is not acceptable as Proof of Ownership.
Valid Government Issued Photo Identification that matches the name on the ownership document.
If your tag is expired or missing, you must bring current registration and tag (sticker).
If the car was impounded for no insurance, bring a valid insurance verification.
Bring payment for all monies due in cash.

Furthermore, I understand that in the event that the aforementioned motor vehicle is to be released to an individual person, that person will be required to present a "valid" photo identification card that must be in one of the following forms: 1) Any U.S. State issued drivers license, 2) Any U.S. State issued personal identification card, 3) U.S. Military identification card or, 4} U.S. Government issued Passport, with Photo.

I am also aware that in the event that the said motor vehicle is in a "drivable" condition, a person with a "valid" drivers license from any state within the United States. will be the only individual allowed to remove said motor vehicle off of any and all vehicle storage properties, or otherwise, owned and operated by Haines Wrecker Service LLC. and that said person (driver) will be required to produce proof of this drivers license and current insurance upon demand by personnel at Haines Wrecker ServiGe LL.C.
